Modalities
Internal Family Systems (parts work/inner child work)- A therapy model that views the mind as a community of different "parts" or subpersonalities, each with its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. These parts usually develop in childhood and have distinct purposes, like protecting us from pain or managing our emotions. Most common parts are the inner critic, the perfectionist and the people pleaser. The key idea is that within each person, there's a compassionate and wise core called the "Self" that can lead these parts toward harmony and healing.
Mindful Self-Compassion- An evidence-based approach that combines mindfulness and self-compassion practices to cultivate kindness and understanding toward oneself. It involves bringing mindful awareness to moments of difficulty or suffering, acknowledging and validating one's own emotional experiences, and responding with warmth and compassion rather than self-criticism or judgment.
Somatic Integration- Somatic therapy helps bridge the gap between mind and body (“soma”). While traditional talk therapy focuses on thoughts and stories, somatic work brings attention to what’s happening beneath those stories—sensations, nervous system responses and the subtle cues held in the body. Many of our emotional patterns, traumas, and protective responses live not just in our minds, but in our bodies. Somatic therapy allows us to slow down and listen to these body-based signals. When we track sensations, breath, posture, and movement, we can begin to release what’s been stuck, build resilience, and rewire the nervous system toward safety and connection.
EFT (tapping)- Emotional Freedom Technique is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure. It involves tapping on specific points on the body, known as meridian points, while focusing on emotional distress or negative thoughts. This process is believed to help release energy blockages and restore balance to the body's energy system.

My Approach
In our sessions, you'll find me to be laid-back, conversational and direct. Many of my clients describe me as warm and easy to talk to.
Collaboration is key, and I strive to create an open, non-judgmental and accepting environment where you feel empowered to uncover barriers hindering your full potential and freely explore your thoughts and emotions.
While my approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, I also draw from Eastern philosophies—particularly Taoist and Buddhist principles that invite presence and balance. These influences support a deeper connection to the moment, to the body and to a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This isn’t about subscribing to a belief system, but rather gently integrating timeless wisdom that honors your inner experience.
