Types of breathwork:

Restorative: Gentle techniques that guide you towards relaxation. By focusing on slow, intentional breaths, you reduce your stress levels, calm your mind and soothe your body.

Activating: Dynamic techniques designed to energize the body and mind and tap into the deep layers of your psyche. These methods involve rhythmic and intense breathing patterns that often induce altered states of consciousness, also known as a “holotropic state.” This approach aims to access the subconscious mind, allowing suppressed emotions and memories to surface for healing and integration. Participants may experience vivid imagery, emotional releases and a sense of expanded awareness.

With my trauma-informed guidance, you'll be led into a rhythmic breathing pattern that will allowing you to connect with the wisdom of your body and subconscious mind through a holotropic state of consciousness.
