Wild Wellness: Guided Nature Therapy Sessions
Guided nature therapy, inspired by the Japanese practice of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku), is an embodied and therapeutic practice that involves immersing oneself in nature.
This practice is rooted in the belief that spending time in nature and engaging with it through all the senses can have profound health benefits.
The goal is to increase mindfulness and regulate the nervous system while fostering a two-way relationship with nature, where participants not only receive the benefits of being in a natural setting but also develop a sense of gratitude and stewardship towards the environment.
Wild Wellness guided nature therapy sessions are designed to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit.
Perfect for private groups, corporate teams and mini retreats, these sessions offer a unique way to foster connection and mindfulness in the great outdoors. Inquire about pricing.
Public events are $40 and hosted throughout the year, via Eventbrite and Meetup. Follow either page (or both!) for notifications on upcoming events.

Eryn’s nature therapy group was so rad. I was surprised how much came up for during the experience and how healing it was to participate in. I felt connected to myself in a way I had not felt for a long time. Definitely worth a try.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to have attended this event. Eryn and Jacklynne are amazing human beings and great facilitators. I typically do a form of nature healing, but the intention and energy of this experience enhanced my practice so much more than before attending this event. I utilized my Oura ring to see how my body was reacting to the experience, and I can proudly say the objective data confirmed the amazing benefits, my body received. I highly recommend attending an event with these two as they are doing some pretty impactful work
